Shipping Policy

All JTL orders will be shipped within 5 Business Days of the completed order.  Although most orders are shipped by the US Postal Service some orders may be shipped through other carriers such as UPS when cost allows.  The delivery time is 5 to 7 Business day from ship date.  All carrier package tracking numbers will be posted in the Virtual Office within 3 business days of shipment.

Monthy Auto-Shipment Changes

Any changes to your monthly autoship must be done no later than 24 Hours before your scheduled order through your Virtual Office Log-in or with customer services at 877-362-2201 during regular business hours no later than 24 Business hours before your scheduled order.  When contacting customer service always have your ID# ready.

International Shipping Charges

All international orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service.  Shipping charges will contain both the US shipping rate plus a country specific charge that add together for the shipping cost across boarders.  Note: “ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT CUSTOM FEES” These fees are not controlled nor collected by Joy To Live, LLC.
